Custom IGE fans can deliver upwards of 250,000+ CFM and 62 inches of water column (w.c.) static pressure. If your application falls outside standard product ranges, our application engineering team will assess your requirements and design accordingly.

Yes. IGE has innovative shaft seals suitable for any severe duty application, including hazardous gas and vacuum applications. This is one of the more technically demanding areas where IGE's 100+ years of proprietary shaft sealing technology development and cooling expertise is particularly valuable.

That is not a problem. IGE's application engineering team will assess your existing unit and provide options for rebuild and/or complete replacement. You do not need documentation or original drawings to get started.

Yes. Custom-engineered water-cooled or air-cooled high temperature electric motors are available from under 1/3 HP to over 150 HP, available under IGE's Kaybee Engineering brand name. 

IGE's standard lead time is 6 weeks, with the flexibility to expedite when needed. Custom-engineered equipment follows a similar commitment to speed without sacrificing quality.

Yes. IGE provides a 2-year warranty on its equipment, double the industry standard. This warranty also applies to custom-engineered fans and rebuilds/repairs.
